Making a claim:
It cannot be stressed enough that you must not receive any further treatment for any claim already in progress with Axa-PPP, without contacting BUPA for its approval in the first instance. As previously, the first port of call is the claims helpline.  Please ring the helpline shown below at any time to discuss your treatment needs and you will be guided by experts in the particular field as to your options.

When making a claim you will need your membership number, or else your full name, address and date of birth and your Group Number 55314150802.

This is the most significant improvement and it means that all Members and their insured Family are able to seek medical advice and treatment, regardless of whether a particular ailment has occurred in the past.

For all the above conditions, BUPA’s Member Services Team can be contacted directly for telephone assessment and direct referral to your choice of Practitioner, removing the need for a GP referral
