All Staff are covered for 4 x basic salary, without health evidence. If you have not completed it already, please download and complete the expression of wishes form and send to hr@homeprotect.co.uk. This form allows the Trustees of the Scheme to pay any death benefits without delay and to the person(s) you choose. This is provided to all Staff and without charge to you.
Members should review their death benefit nomination record with the Company at least bi-annually, or at any time when a change of personal circumstances personal occurs.
