These are initially in groups and then one-to-one confidential meetings planned for everyone.

Group meeting dates 

These are being held over 3 days, at 11am, Noon, 2pm and 3pm on the following dates:

Tuesday 20th May
Wednesday 21st May
Thursday 22nd May

You will have also been informed by Anna Wawrzyniak, your HR Manager, about the above to confirm which of the presentations can fit with your diary.

What happens at the group meetings?

You will be shown everything you need to know about the new Avantia group pension scheme, the reasons for choosing Royal London, a summary of state pensions and the Govt rules for Auto-enrolment and how they will affect you.

You will also be provided with an opportunity to ask questions and be handed your introductory pack about the new pension scheme.

Individual Confidential Meetings:

You will be shown a personal illustration of benefits, identifying projected amounts that show how the tax benefits and the company contribution work for you personally.

These start on Wednesday 4th June and continue on various dates every week in June.

Our Principal Adviser, Edward Mills, will be visiting your Offices in Kingston for whole days up to 25th June and so be sure to let Anna in HR know your preferred dates and times, so you can be allocated a time slot to meet with Edward about your own retirement planning.

What happens at the 1-2-1 individual meetings?

You will be given the opportunity to discuss your own personal questions and requirements.  These meetings will be totally confidential, including discussion as how best to match your ideal investment asset allocation with your own objectives.  These discussions will also include personalised illustrations of your projected benefits.  The projections will include both the Company’s contributions and show an example of how making additional contributions yourself would be of great benefit to you now, with the tax reliefs, as well as in retirement.
