This provides all Staff with valuable confidential assistance and advice in connection with personal matters concerning:

  • Stress
  • Health
  • Legal advice
  • Financial concerns
  • Many other matters.

Included in this service is unlimited telephone counselling provided and also up to 4 face-to-face counselling sessions, without charge (per subject matter).

This Programme is provided to all Staff, without charge to them and is not a taxable benefit.

Best Doctors

As an integral part of EAP Schemes, Best Doctors offers access to a second opinion about any illnesses and diagnosis.

In addition, the members are able to locate the experts in the field for whatever illness for which they need advice or treatment.

This is provided to all Staff and without charge to you and is not a taxable benefit.

Staff are provided with a card about the Employee Working Well Guide that covers Best Doctors and the EAP above.
